wayneWayne Nicoloff, Company Leader
According to Wayne Nicoloff, “Being in the printing business for a number of years gets the ink in the blood system.” He should know. Having started out in the industry in 1972, he offers over 40 years of experience – 28 of which have been with Flexo Impressions. His talent for purchasing and estimating, combined with his encyclopedic knowledge of materials makes him an incredible mentor and reliable supplier of industry information. He believes that knowledge comes from hands-on experience and staying involved with every aspect of this constantly changing industry.

scott-morkScott Mork, Quality Systems Manager
When it comes to quality, Quality Systems Manager Scott Mork’s approach is disciplined and methodical, yet customer-focused and team-oriented. He brings to Flexo Impressions a wealth of knowledge about flexible packaging. Prior to joining our team, Scott served as the Technical Manager for a manufacturer in the Twin Cities. There he led his teams in the implementation and management of ISO 9001 Quality and FSSC22000 Food Safety Standards – ultimately earning his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in that role.

Sue Belden, Office Manager
For Office Manager Sue Belden, details matter. With 20 years of experience in the printing industry and 11 years of office management experience, she’s a valuable source of information, insight and organization.

 

Stephen Clysdale, Product Manager
Stephen’s passion for labels is second to none! As a subject matter expert in all things labels and printing, he successfully supports projects by working closely with customers, printing plants, vendors, sales staff and project stakeholders.
